Birthday Parties are a BLAST at the WOW!
Private birthday parties are available for all ages at the WOW. Parties are available year-round on weekends and Fridays .
Your WOW Birthday Party package includes: General admission to the museum for up to 30 (includes children and adults) friends and family to explore, a celebration of someone’s special day in our private party room, and a hands-on science experiment conducted by your very own WOW party scientist. Guests above the 30-person maximum will be charged $8 each. The museum offers 6-inch cake plates, napkins, cups, and plastic ware if desired. The party family supplies any decorations, refreshments, cake and candles, goody bags, etc. as well as supervision for all children in attendance.

- Bubble Blast (suggested ages 4-6)
- I.D.E.A. (suggested ages 7+)
- Homemade Ice Cream (available April-September)(suggested ages 6+)
- Explosions (suggested ages 7+)
- Monster Foam (suggested ages 7+)
- Waddle Bots ($5 extra per experiment participant) (suggested ages 7+)

The private party room is available on weekends from 10:00am-12:00pm or 2:00pm-4:00pm, and from 2:30pm-4:30pm on Fridays .

Guests above the 30-person maximum will be charged $8 each. Full payment is due no later than 3 weeks prior to the party date to avoid cancellation.

To make a reservation, use our online Birthday Party Reservation Form or download the reservation form and submit it by e-mail (education[at]wowsciencemuseum[dot]org) or fax (209.369.1290). Full payment is due no later than three weeks prior to the party to avoid cancellation. Reservations canceled within three weeks of the party date will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. A WOW birthday invitation template will be e-mailed to you once full payment has been received if you’d like to use it for your party.
